Directions
Dahi masala bhindi is a delicious recipe of stir fried okra sautéed in a tangy tomato and curd gravy. This is an easy to make dish and goes really well with roti or naan. The gravy is lightly spiced and the tomatoes and curd balance the sourness and tang in the gravy. This is a recipe that has been passed on by my father-in-law and I can vouch for his simple yet delectable dishes. Hope you all enjoy this easy peasy take on okra.
